And they needed hats, too. It was exceptionally cold with pretty strong winds (both by DC, not Ohio, standards), and the new president had to have been frozen solid while he was giving his speech with no hat and gloves.
I, however, was dressed in memory of Ohio winter coldness, and was unable to move more than two inches in any direction without coming into contact with another human being – and thus remained quite warm.
